SNN is sponsoring 3 partial travel grants (UP TO 400 EUR each) for taking part in the FENS Forum 2014, Milan, Italy, July 5-9, 2014 (http://forum.fens.org/2014).
SNN APPLICATION DEADLINE WAS EXTENDED TO THURSDAY APRIL 25th (23:00 GMT+2). The winners will be notified by Monday April 27th. Please note that any outstanding payment must be received by May 1st in order for your poster to be allocated a board number and included in the Scientific Programme.
Criteria for application:
-SNN member in good standing
-student, PhD student or early career postdoc (junior faculty)
-under 35 years old by the time of application
-working in a Romanian laboratory
-first and presenting author of an abstract submitted to the FENS Forum 2014.
The application needs to contain the following information:
– a cover letter stating the importance of FENS 2014 participation for the applicant and for his group.
– the abstract submitted to FENS Forum 2014
– a short CV (no more than one-page, listing at most 3 publications and abstracts presented at international conferences).
– a support letter from the group leader (one application per research group).
Applications should be sent by mail, at contact@snn.ro, preferably as a single pdf attachment entitled “yourfullname_fens2014.pdf”.
